Site Superintendent 3 – New Construction

Job TypeFull-timeDescription POSITION PURPOSE The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and oversee the daily construction operations required to build affordable homes in accordance with HFHDC goals and practices. This includes ensuring the safety of everyone on site, regardless of their status as a volunteer, contractor, employee or other, as well as meeting deadlines and budgets.  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Construct Homes Safely and Efficiently:Ensure HFHDC sites meet all safety &
