Builder Education: MLS/Realtor Update
CEO Ruth Hackney from the Realtor's Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) will join MABA members for a Builders Educational event to discuss, among other items, the new Clear Cooperation Policy implemented by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) effective March 1, 2020.
Come learn about the implications of this policy on your ability to market your homes on MLS in the future! Other topics will include Procuring Cause and Referral Fees.
