2026 Young Professionals Educational Series: Building out the New Year
Join the MABA Young Professionals for an interactive evening with Susan Thomson of ActionCOACH centered around practical ideas for managing time, communicating more effectively, setting better goals, and getting more out of the workday.
The conversation will be relevant to young professionals across the building industry — from sales and project management to trades, design, estimating, operations, marketing, and more.
A FEW THINGS WE’LL TALK ABOUT
The conversation will be relevant to young professionals across the building industry — from sales and project management to trades, design, estimating, operations, marketing, and more.
A FEW THINGS WE’LL TALK ABOUT
- Sharing ideas in a way that gets people on board
- Making better use of your time without simply adding more hours
- Setting goals that feel realistic and useful
- Finding simple ways to work more efficiently
There will also be some small-group discussion and a chance to hear how others in the industry approach some of the same challenges.
A LITTLE LESS POWERPOINT. A LITTLE MORE CONVERSATION.
The evening will be informal and interactive, with time to connect, compare notes, and pick up a few ideas’ worth taking into 2027.
Susan will also share a little about Growth Club and other ways professionals can keep building on their goals throughout the year.
No pressure and no homework, though! Just a useful evening with other young professionals in the building industry. The homework is what you assign to your future!
