2018 Seminar Series: Ins and Outs of Serving on a Board of Directors

Ever wonder how associations and other nonprofits work?  Been interested in serving on a board but aren't sure what exactly this means?  This session is for you!  Learn about the ins and outs of serving on a board of directors and how you can make sure the boards you serve on are powerful and successful! 

Douglas Berry is the Principal-in-Charge of Assurance services at SVA Certifice Public Accountants, S.C..  In addition to his work on tax and accounting projects, Douglas often assists orgnaizations with special projects including consulting on organizational governance, internal controls and transaction planning.  He uses his knowledge to strength overal accounting functions and internal controls as well as assist clients with other orgainzational needs.
