2016 Education Series: QuickBooks Accounting and Best Practices for Business

MABA members are invited to join professionals from Wegner CPAs for a session on QuickBooks accounting and best practices for running your business. If you’re a business owner looking for advice on how to run your business more effectively and increase profitability or you’re looking for help with your QuickBooks accounting software, this session is for you.

Highlights include:

  • Understanding the true cost of jobs (direct & indirect) and properly allocating costs.
  • Creating a budget and why it’s important to have one.
  • Setting up profit and loss by job to see how each job is performing.
  • Monitoring job progress to track current income and expenses.
  • Estimating income/loss on a job.
We’ll end the session with an open Q&A forum. Members are encouraged to bring questions related to business accounting and/or QuickBooks.
