DESCRIPTION:Core values are more than just "something that's meaningful to you". They are the guiding principles that dictate one's behavior and action. This high-energy\, interactive session teaches participants the tools and skills to identify other's core values by:\n\n	Listening to what people are saying\, and not just the words they use\n	Seeing personal and environmental cues that can indicate expression of core values\n	Inquiring about values with positivity\, respect\, and acceptance\n\n With these new skills in hand\, they will explore the real-world applications\, including how to use values to intentionally develop stronger client and team relationships.  Following the session participants will know how to:\n\n\n	Use values with intention to develop stronger client and team relationship\n	Identify strengths and potential pitfalls of some common values\n	Leverage values to prevent or resolve conflict
